Read, not just scanned.
Every document is read as it arrives: vendor, amounts, dates, due date and IBAN. It is sorted into a category, given a readable name and checked against what you already have. If the document itself proves a bill is paid, it is marked paid; foreign currencies are converted to euros at the ECB rate.

Connect your own Google Drive, Nextcloud, Synology NAS or any S3-compatible storage, and every document is filed there into a category folder. Each upload is verified before our working copy is deleted. No storage of your own? Your documents stay with us — processed in the EU, on a server in Germany, with sensitive document data encrypted per group, ID documents per person.

AI assistants via MCP
Connect an assistant with one click over MCP, the open standard: you confirm access in the browser, no key to copy. Choose “Read only” (read, details, export) or “Read and write” (adds upload and edit). Deleting and admin actions are never possible through an AI connection. Revoke access any time under “Connected apps”. Tested with Claude.
Agents and your own tools via API key
Personal AI agents, scripts or a company's own systems — ERP, scanner station — each get their own key with exactly the rights you choose: upload only, say, or read and export. A key is valid for one group or for all. A REST API and a command-line tool come with it.
